For the first time, I actually bothered to solve day 01 and day 02 of the Advent of Code challenges. Every year, I'd solve day 01 and promptly forget about it. Then by the time I get back it is pretty late and there is no motivation to try and complete them. This year I am trying to solve them using common lisp. I didn't originally plan to blog this. But for some reason, I feel very good about my day 02 solution. So here goes my solution.

And I got it right the first time I tried. So, what do you think?
